  1. Return Period: You have 60 days from the delivery date to return an item.
  2. Conditions for Return:
  • Item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • Item must be in the original packaging.
  • Please ensure that your order number or proof of purchase is included in the return package, so we can ensure timely processing.
  3. Exchanges: If you need to exchange a part due to defect or damage, please contact our customer service team. We'll arrange an exchange for the same item, subject to availability.
  4. Return Shipping: To return your product, please contact our customer service for the return address and any additional details.
  5. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to their original method of payment.
